When does my order ship out?

Orders typically ship within 3-5 business days.

When will my order get to me?

Delivery times vary, all orders are sent via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Orders within the continental US typically arrive in 5-7 business days; orders outside the US can take an additional 10-21 business days.

Return Policy

At Other City we go over every book meticulously and make sure each one is described in detail. Our experience of cataloguing for over 7 years gives us the ability to make sure each book is accurately described and represented before we put it on our website.

All sales are final and returns are not accepted, except in the case of extreme misrepresentations or oversights on our part. In the case of an oversight, we will coordinate a return and/or refund for you within 7 business days of your request.

Due to the nature of our policies, we would be more than happy to answer any questions about an item and supply additional photographs before any purchase.
